Appfolio screening reports provides accurate, up-to-date credit and background information that is sourced from the Experian (a nationwide credit bureau) as well as hundreds of state and county courts across the United States.
Background Check
All past evictions as well as criminal records and public records will be included in the screening report.
Information from Previous Landlord
We do an in depth rental verification screening for all applicants.
